Pro Impressions Marketing provides no services without written consent from customers.

Services Provided

Pro Impressions Marketing provides online marketing services including website design, copywriting, social media marketing, search engine optimization, call tracking, and forum membership for collaboration between dentists. We manage Google Business Profiles, always abiding by Google’s policies, and advise clients to know their rights in working with third parties on their Google profiles.

Return and Refund Policy

Pro Impressions Marketing begins working immediately on behalf of new members. Because Pro Impressions Marketing provides a service and not a product, and because services rendered cannot be un-rendered, we do not accept “returns” and all sales are final and non-refundable. If the balance of a fee paid to Pro Impressions Marketing has not yet been exhausted in labor, Pro Impressions Marketing will, at its own discretion, return the balance on the account. No charges are made to credit cards without prior written consent of customers.

Recurring Fees

Your credit card will be charged for all monthly fees when you agree to the service and then automatically each month. Payments continue until we receive your cancellation notice, plus 30 days, per our Cancellation Policy. All payments are non-refundable.

Accounts unpaid after 30 days past due will be made inactive. Pro Impressions Marketing may revoke the grace period if late payments become a pattern. Credit card payments must process successfully on the monthly renewal date.

Inactive accounts due to non-payment are subject to a $250 late fee. Accounts terminated for non-payment require a $250 restoration fee once all past due invoices are paid.

Cancellation Policy

Customers are not bound by any time-based term in a working relationship with Pro Impressions Marketing. Customers may terminate their relationship with Pro Impressions Marketing at any time; however, Pro Impressions Marketing requires a 30-day written notice of such termination. Customers will be billed at the contracted amount for the final 30 days.

Ownership Policy

Ownership of a client’s website design, including text, images, data and domain(s) remains with the customer after termination for customers in good standing. This includes blog posts written from scratch for the client’s use on their website and social media. Stock photography is purchased under royalty-free license for use online in perpetuity, even after termination/cancellation of services with Pro Impressions Marketing. Print license, if desired by the client must be purchased separately. WordPress is an open-source platform used under the GNU public license and as such, is not owned by Pro Impressions Marketing.

Our servers and server set-up practices are proprietary to Pro Impressions Marketing. We will not assist in setting up another server or installing a client’s website on another server should a client choose to leave us. They must find someone else to help them with this.

Ad Strategy and Management Policy

Pro Impressions Marketing works hard to develop highly effective ad strategies and uses tactics that represent proprietary intellectual property key to maintaining our place as the best digital ad agency in the dental industry. Consequently, we do not allow clients or third parties to access accounts that we create while managing their ads online, nor do we provide account access if a client leaves us. Clients who wish to manage their own ads or have another company take over ad management must use their own ad set-up and ad management skills to succeed.

Policy on Third-Party Consultants and Marketing Agencies

To maintain the integrity and effectiveness of the marketing strategies and services we provide, Pro Impressions Marketing maintains a strict policy regarding third-party consultants and marketing agencies.

We do not collaborate with or work alongside client hired third-party vendors, consultants, or marketing agencies whose services overlap with our own—including, but not limited to, SEO, PPC, website management, content marketing, reputation management, or social media strategy. Engaging multiple providers for overlapping services can create conflicts in strategy, dilute messaging, introduce redundancies, and ultimately jeopardize the results we are working hard to achieve for our clients.

If a client chooses to engage a third party for services that fall within our scope of work during the course of our engagement, we reserve the right to reassess the terms of our agreement. This may include pausing or terminating services if we determine that collaboration with the third party compromises our ability to deliver results effectively and maintain accountability.

We appreciate our clients’ trust in allowing us to lead their marketing initiatives. Our policy ensures that our efforts remain focused, strategic, and in the client’s best interest.

Privacy Policy

Pro Impressions Marketing has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for this website. If at any time you find this privacy policy unacceptable, you must immediately leave this website.

We respect your privacy. Any information we collect from you, including your name, email address, and phone number, will simply be used to send you the information you have requested. We will not give or sell your personal information to any unaffiliated third party. If you give us your email and permission to send more information, you may opt out of receiving any additional email messages at any time, by unsubscribing from our email list. You need not provide Pro Impressions Marketing with personally identifying information (e.g., name, telephone number, email address, city and/or state of residence) as a condition of using our site.
